How Can I reset my password?
Go to the Sign In page and click the Reset Password link written in red font below the password field.
Enter the email address you use as your login ID, and an email will be sent to that address containing a link to the Password Reset page.
Follow the link to reset and create your new password.
How can I update my account details?
To update your account information:
- Request it directly through our Chat Bot to be connected with a consultant, or
- Email info@fashionova.com.au with your shop name, customer reference number, and the details you would like to update. We’ll take care of the update for you.
Can't find a product you used to order on the shop page?
If you’d like to order products outside your Sales Range, you can submit a Special Request during checkout.
- Enter the product SKU or Peg No. and dozen (12 pairs) quantity on the Special Request page.
- If you have additional questions or require support, our consultant can assist you directly.
